    I just found your video!! I know the horrible position that this tenant left you in, I had one upstairs tenant do me the same way!!! The water and sewer bils alone were over 5000 dollars, the damage was horrendous!!!! My heart goes out to you!!!

    Me too 12 years the fist owner died and the other owner was so impressed that we kept 1 month ahead for 12 years through covid. When hubby died he cut our rent and let's us do what we want . He bought to make a parking lot. In 12 years we asked for nothing ! It's a beautiful home !mad respect For him

    Gobsmacked 😶. That is a heck of a lot of damage. ✌️👍 after 12 years my rental is now my art studio. I figured if I’m throwing money out the window….might as well have fun doing it. Never renting again. It’s things you don’t even think about….the damage is not usually visible from the exterior…yep I’m so glad I’m out!

    With no sheets on the bed i absolutely know the shade of people who left this mess, for some reason "they" dont use bed sheets. Ive seen enough videos like this to know. Apparently they left quite a bit of melanin behind too. Yuk!

    You know if you can't get money out of them. I would go find them and give them a big ole thank you for at least a good 5-10 minutes. Id go to jail for a thank you for something like this. Water damage is one of the worse and most expensive things in a house to fix. It affects everything.
